Commissioning work.

This is the perfect solution for those looking for something unique and tailored to their specific needs. Whether's a standout piece to make a statement or a functional piece for a difficult location, custom furniture can bring your ideas to life.

There are a few stages to the process, but it's really not that daunting.

1. Call me, or use the contacts page and we can start to discuss your ideas.

2Once I have an idea of your requirements, I can visit, and we can discuss things further, I will take measurements and we can discuss your budget, styles, colour, timber and timescale for starters.

3. â€‹I will now supply some basic sketches and start to confirm costs. Your input is really important at this stage, what you want and, possibly just as important, what you don't. Once we have a better idea of the design, I will provide further drawings, a specification, and a final costing, and then the specification can be signed off.

4. â€‹A deposit of 50% will book workshop time, allow purchase of materials and hardware and you also get an idea of a delivery date. You are always welcome to visit the workshop and see the piece in progress.

5. Once finished, and delivery is organised, the final balance is payable.

6.If, in the unlikely event of any issues please contact me to resolve them.

7. Enjoy your piece of bespoke furniture for many years. Very little will be required to keep it looking perfect. Generally dusting, maybe a wipe with a damp cloth, or at most a very light application of wax. I will advise on each piece.
